When it comes to being healthy, what you avoid is just as important as what you consume.
The Following Should be Avoided at all Costs
Taking counterproductive “health” supplements
Excessive exercise– Especially health-destroying forms of exercise such as long-distance running and bodybuilding.
Veganism
Vegetable oils– Margarine, sunflower oil, canola oil, corn oil, soybean oil and anything else that’s not derived from animals (extra virgin olive oil and avocado oils are exceptions. These are fruit oils).
White Sugar- Raw honey should be your main sweetener. If you must make cookies or baked goods, cane sugar, stevia or blackstrap molasses is acceptable, as you should not cook with honey.
Refined Salt- Use sea salt or pink Himalayan sea salt
Soy Products
Factory Meat- Buy meat from healthy animals.
Any Bread that isn’t real sourdough bread
Anti-depressants, Adderall, and pain medications- These are Addictive, toxic, contribute to mental health issues and can even kill you at the wrong dosage or when mixed incorrectly. These “solutions” are band-aids to problems initially created by processed foods diet and an unnatural lifestyle.
Fluoride– Found in many toothpastes. Lowers IQ and calcifies the pineal gland.
Conventional Underarm Deodorant- Many contain toxic ingredients.
Tampons- Chemicals absorbed through the vagina do not undergo the same elimination and detoxification pathways as the things we eat. Instead, they go directly into your bloodstream. Most mainstream tampons contain chemical odor neutralizers, dyes, and synthetic fragrances.
If you use tampons, it is best to use unscented tampons made of 100 percent organic cotton to decrease your chemical load.
Menstrual cups are ok.
Perfumes- Contain hormone-disrupting chemicals
Water from Plastic Bottles- Contain endocrine disruptors. Buy a water filter and drink water from a stainless steel water bottle.
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate– Found in Shampoos, soaps and toothpastes. (You don’t need shampoo.) Known skin irritant and helps other chemicals to get into your body.
Unnatural Makeup– Your skin is a sponge and absorbs whatever you put on it. Don’t put things on your skin that you wouldn’t eat.
Pornography
Skin creams containing cortisone- Side effects include thinning of the skin, easy bruising, permanent dilation of certain blood vessels, burn marks on skin, liver and kidney damage and a weakened immune system.
Detoxify, improve your diet and outlook and your skin problems will go away
If your financial situation needs improvement, take care of that instead of distracting yourself.
Conventional Dentists– The toxic metals in dental implants ruin your health.
You can reverse cavities and avoid the need for implants and root canals with proper nutrition and smart, food-based supplementation. (cod liver oil, high vitamin butter oil, raw milk, egg yolks) If you have a root canal, get it removed. Wisdom teeth extractions are unnecessary.

Antibiotics- Only use in extreme cases. They weaken the immune system by negatively influencing healthy intestinal flora. Consuming raw garlic, oregano oil and Lugol’s iodine are safer ways to overcome illness.
E-Cigarettes
Regular Marijuana Use- Makes you comfortable and content in bad situations, when you should be feeling bad so you can climb your way out of them. It dulls the emotions. You will not be able to feel overwhelming beauty and joy if you are not able to experience intense pain.
Conventional Cigarettes- Cigars and pipes are much better, because the smoke is not inhaled and there are little to no additives, but for those who must smoke cigarettes, “roll your own, or leave it alone.” Use organic, additive-free tobacco and do not smoke more than 8/day. It’s better to quit entirely if possible. If you do smoke, drink Oolong tea twice per day. This tea consumption is how many smokers in Japan, Taiwan and China preserve their bodies from the hazards of this habit. It is a potent blood purifier, tissue detoxifier, and is preventative against cancer.
